Shipping & Returns

Can I return my products?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised orders, unless they're faulty! We can not accept returns on earrings due to hygine reasons nor made to measure as these products are made to order and therefore not possible to sell again.


Returns of products excluding the above should be discussed with us before hand so that we know to expect it with us.

Cancelations Of Workshops

We understand that sometimes things happen that can't be helped and workshops might need to be cancelled.


If you can no longer attend a workshop we ask that you let us know as soon as you can! You will be offered a selection of dates to reschedule your workshop. 


If we have to cancel a workshop for whatever reason we will offer you a selection of dates for rebooking. 

If you decide you would no longer like to attend a workshop please note that you will only be refunded 50% of your ticket price. 


Shipping Terms​

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, although once shipped all stated times are purely estimates and we suggest these as simply a guide. In general we will be aiming to dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.

This excludes pre orders, please make sure to take a look at the product descriptions if you are unsure.

We ship all our orders first class using the Royal Mail so we are unable to provide tracking, if you require tracking please get in touch before placing an order. We also offer a next day delivery service at extra cost. 

If you require a proof of postage this is available upon request. 

After dispatch your order should be with you in around 1 week, however, unfortunately this isn't always the case. Please let us know if your order hasn't made it to you after 3 weeks and we will take a look in to this for you.
