How should I look after my items?


We recommend not wearing your pieces in the shower, swimming or during exercise. We also recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, oils or sprays. We want your pieces to last as long as possible!


Can I return my products?


Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised orders, unless they're faulty! We can not accept returns on earrings due to hygine reasons nor made to measure as these products are made to order and therefore not possible to sell again.

Can I buy wholesale?


If you require large quantities of any particular item then please get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate and hopefully help with your request.

How long does shipping take?


All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days here, although once shipped all stated times are purely estimates and we suggest these as simply a guide. In general we will be aiming to dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, this gives us 1-3 days to prepare orders for shipping depending on when they're purchased. We work 7 days a week here!

What if my order is delayed?


We can only apologise if your order takes a little longer than expected, unfortunately this is out of our hands. Please be assured we ensure that orders are processed as swiftly as possible at our end whilst still ensuring the high packaging standards which we set ourself.

Gift wrap and packaging

All of our products come beautifully wrapped free of any additional charge. However, if you require something extra special than there is an extra option for gift wrap where we will go above and beyond to ensure your package is special and an experience on it's own.


As a reminder, all import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for fees after they've been shipped.

 

Payment Methods

Currently all payments can be made online via credit and debit card securely through WIX, or alternatively we can accept PayPal payments through WIX as well. At the moment we do not accepts, cheque, cash, wire or bank tranfers as a means of payment, sorry!

 

Your Privacy and Rights

All of your details, which are passed to us for shipping items, are securely stored and accessible only by us and only whilst the order is outstanding. As soon as orders are processed all details are destroyed from our records. Emails that are used to sign up for our email list are secure and will not be sold or given to any other company for any reason. If you no longer wish to receive email communication from us, then just email, or send us a message through the contact page and we will remove your email from our records. All card payments through shopify are secure and protected as well as being PCI compliant.
